Hello and welcome to Integrity QA! I'm Tom, the founder of Integrity QA, and I live in Forres with my wife and two young boys. With two decades of experience across various industries, my journey began in the British Army as a Royal Engineer, where I completed my Apprenticeship in Engineering in Fabrication and Welding.

Since transitioning to civilian life in 2010, I have successfully worked on diverse international projects, always upholding the highest standards in my work. Notably, I served as a Principal Quality Inspector and Quality Leader on the Dreadnought Nuclear Submarine program, and more recently, I was a Quality Advisor on the ASTI power projects.

My passion for quality led me to become a Chartered Member of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI), which inspired the creation of Integrity QA. I am also a proud member of the Welding Institute. My goal is to share my knowledge and positively impact the lives of others, continuously learning along the way.

• Registered 3.1 Welding Inspector
• Level 1 ICorr Protective Coating Inspector
• Certification in Organization Governance, Risk Management & Compliance (ISO 37000:2021, ISO 31000:2018, ISO 37301:2021)
